1)-Due to high demand and booking availability, an order should be placed well in advance to avoid disappointment.

2)-Quotation will only be valid for a period of seven (7) working days from the date on your quotation slip. Thereafter the price is subject to change.

3)-The full payment is due only with the cake order slip issue, for your order to be processed

4)-Cancellations or change need to be confirmed via email (subject to the email being acknowledged) or at the store with the original order invoice within 48hrs before the date for collection and at the estimated time on your order invoice.

5)-Cancellation will result in a 15% cancelation fee of the sub total amount of your order as indicate in your order invoice.

6)-The refund will be issued within seven (7) working days for cancelled orders.

7)-The clients need to ensure that they collect their orders with the invoice on the specified date for collection at the estimated time or before 18:00 Monday to Friday, and before 15:00 on Saturday.

8)-An orders not collected on the specified date for collection by the end of business day, will be cancelled and the paid amount will not be refunded.

9)-Please note that the time for collection (estimated time), as indicated on your order slip, can vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

10)-An order will not be released without the presentation of your original order invoice, should the client loose their order invoice in whatever way, the client needs to report immediately with the necessary information and details, a fee of R 20.00 will be charged for issue a new order slip. The client is therefore advised to keep their order invoice safe.

11)-Please keep your order invoice as it acts as proof of purchase and a guarantee of your order.

12)-Please note due to the nature of the business the quality guarantee is only valid for 24hrs from the date and time of the collection, as our goods are perishable.

13)-Please note the orders become your responsibility after collection and the company is not responsible for any damage that may occur, due to whatsoever nature of disaster.

14)-Please note that Cake Extreme cannot ensure that your order will look exactly as per your request due to supplies availability on demand or manufacture, and certain circumstance beyond our control may affect the result of the presentation of your order. However Cake Extreme will always use their professional expertise to meet your order requirements.

15)-Please note your order becomes your responsibility after delivery and the company is not responsible for any damage that may occur, due to whatsoever nature of disaster.

16)-Please note that Cake Extreme cannot ensure that your order will be delivery on time as per your request due to traffic matter and certain circumstance beyond our control may affect the result of the presentation of your order.
